Valver valvuloplasty balloon Catheter
VALVER valvuloplasty balloon catheter is intended for percutaneous transluminal aortic valvuloplasty (BAV) to dilate the stenotic aortic valve in patients with valvular aortic stenosis.
Advantages
- Valvuloplasty catheter has double lumen body with balloon fixed in the distal part
- The external lumen is used for filling and emptying the balloon, catheter internal lumen enables passage of a guidewire, which allows for directing the catheter.
- Two X-ray proof markers are helpful in proper positioning the balloon during the procedure.
- They have Luer Lock type connections in proximal part, which enable connecting with other devices.
